We carry out several cumulative checks: verification of the company’s official registration (business licence), production capacity, commercial track record, applicable certifications (ISO, CE, RoHS as relevant), client references and, when the project justifies it, a physical factory visit by a member of our Wuhan-based team.
Yes, we support the entire import chain: supplier search, negotiation, quality control, logistics coordination (FOB, CIF, DAP), documentary follow-up (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, B/L) and support with local customs clearance when required.

The typical file includes: a copy of a valid passport, translated and notarised diplomas and transcripts, a motivation letter, a curriculum vitae, a medical certificate, two recommendation letters, proof of funding and identity photographs. Depending on the university, additional documents may be requested.
